Who we are
Fire Risk Checks Herts is a trading name of Interweb360 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09833364), registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Interweb360 Ltd is the data controller for information you send through this website and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC201136).
We are an independent enquiry service, not a fire safety company. Contact us about your data at steve@interweb360.co.uk.
What we collect
- The details you enter in the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, postcode, the service you need, and your description of the job.
- How you found this site, sent with your enquiry: the name of the website that linked you here (not the page), any campaign tag in the link, and the first page you visited. Your browser keeps this only until you close the tab.
- Technical information needed to protect the form from spam and abuse, processed by Cloudflare Turnstile, and standard security logs kept by our hosting provider.
How we use it and why
We use your details to handle your enquiry and, with your consent, to pass it to one independent local fire risk assessor who covers your area, if there is one, so they can contact you about the job. If nobody covers your postcode, we will tell you and will not pass your details on. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give using the tick box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything already done.
We also keep a record of enquiries and introductions, and use technical information to prevent spam and fraud, because we have a legitimate interest in running the service securely and handling any questions or disputes.
Who we share it with
- One local fire risk assessor who covers your postcode, if there is one. Once they receive your enquiry, they are responsible for how they use your details as their own customer enquiry.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, receives the form and provides spam protection on our behalf. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.
The fire risk assessor may pay us a fee for each introduction. You never pay us anything. We do not share your details with anyone else or use them to send you marketing.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiry records 12 months after we receive them, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or legal claim.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or complaint about this service, email steve@interweb360.co.uk. We will reply as soon as we can. Complaints about the work itself are for the fire risk assessor who did it, but please tell us too so we can take it into account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email steve@interweb360.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you. Cloudflare's spam protection may use technology that is strictly necessary to keep the form secure.
With your permission only, we also use Google Analytics. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) to show us how people use the site and which pages lead to enquiries. Google LLC processes this data for us and may handle it outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months and do not use it for advertising.
Google Analytics stays off unless you choose “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings, which also removes the cookies if you turn it off.
